Our services span the full continuum of care relative to Long Term Services and Supports (LTSS), all dedicated to placing the individuals we serve at the forefront of everything we do.
HCS
Home and Community-based Service is a Medicaid waiver program that provides individualized services and supports to persons with intellectual disabilities living with family at home or in a group home.
CDS
Consumer Directed Services is a waiver program option allowing for individuals who live in their own home or family home to self-direct certain services and assume and retain various roles and responsibilities.
